About Me

My photo
Our adventure started on a beautiful June day in 2004. Fast forward 12 years and now we are the proud parents of 3 active, beautiful boys. Nathan, Bracken, and Marco. We call Prescott Valley, Arizona home and are constantly reminded that there is never enough time to accomplish and experience everything we think we want. Life with a young family is precious and simplicity is our ongoing quest.

Where is Marco?

In the bathroom!
Marco is obsessed with the bathroom.  He has a sixth sense about the bathroom.  He knows when someone is using the bathroom and he tries his hardest to join in the fun.

We have officially reached the stage of  keeping the bathroom doors closed!

Mommy's Little Buddy

It's never fun when Mommy get's sick, but it happens from time to time and life goes on as best as possible.  Just after Christmas I got sick and luckily Curtis was able to be home most of the time allowing me to rest and recover.  All 3 boys were really sweet about taking care of me.  They brought me tissues, water and blankets.  Marco was especially cuddly and adorable.

The Snow "stick" Man

December 31, 2012

After a decent snow storm Curtis and the boys did a bit of sledding and then decided to build a snow man.  As they were forming their base Nathan noticed that it looked like a face and the stick snow man was born.

Christmas 2012

The highlight of Christmas was having all of my family together for the holidays!  We have some illness going around but nothing was going to get in our way of having some good old fashioned together time.

Skype call with Elder Kendal King in Russia!

The haul after Santa's elves did their thing before going to bed.

Marco still have a fever come Christmas Day, but he managed to perk up a bit Christmas morning.

Santa brought Nathan and Bracken RC cars that shoot missiles.

Relaxing and eating our Christmas morning brunch while the tamales start to steam!  YUM!!!

The day after Christmas all the adults went to see Les Miserables, while Grandma and Grandpa Kleinman babysat the kidlets.   We grew up listening to the music and over the years we have seen various movies and stage productions of this story.  If was very special going to see this version of the classic tale all together.

Christmas Visitors

My sister and her family were in town for Christmas and we had such a wonderful time just being together again.  We have both had babies since the last time we were together and seeing each other in person beats Skype calls any day!

Five little boys!  Unfortunately Marco was sick with a fever and not quite himself but he last long enough for us to get a few good shots of everyone together.

Christmas Program

Liberty Traditional School Annual Christmas Program
The kindergarten classes performed 2 songs, Silent Night complete with a verse in German and Up on the Housetop.  The building was packed with Christmas Spirit bursting at the seams.  We all enjoyed singing along with the fun and festive Christmas songs.

And CRAWLING!!!
As of December 6, 2012.

9 Month Stats:
18lbs 9oz
29" long

Marco loves to crawl.  Now he can keep up with his big brothers a little bit better which keeps him very busy.

My little Marquito is still super happy.  His gigantic grin is rarely gone from his sweet little face.  Marco has a serious love for food.  He likes a constant flow of food coming at him and if you are too slow he lets you know with ear splitting squeals and squawks.
