Nathan has begun his basketball career. Our children have a rich basketball heritage. Curtis and his 4 brothers all played and were really good at it too. Curtis wanted me to mention that he along with his 2 older brothers were MVP's. I myself am not a fan of contact sports I took the music and dancing route in school, but my siblings, parents, cousins, uncles and grandparents were all ballers. My Grandpa Bluth is actually famous in Mexico. He played for their national team and also played for Mexico in the 1960 Olympics in Rome. Nathan has some BIG shoes, like size 15 big, to fill. Luckily for Nate he is pretty much genetically groomed to excel in basketball.
We gave him his first Nerf hoop for Christmas when he was 10 months old and it took him about 5 minutes to figure out the whole concept and he has loved basketball ever since.
Nathan improved a lot this first year. He has always been a good shot but he had to learn how to fight for an open chance to shoot. His dribbling improved a lot too. Nathan has been able to dribble the ball since he was 4 years old but it took him a few practices and games to get better at dribbling while running and being chased by the opposing team.
