Last year we hosted a couples only Elders Quorum Christmas Dinner and it was so succesful that we decided to do it again this year.
We changed it up a bit and used 3 long tables end to end instead of several round tables. It allowed everyone to sit together and all participate in the conversation.
We kept with the same menu, Knock-off Cafe Rio Salad. It was a gigantic hit last year so we figured why mess with a good thing! Besides, we might have had a small uprising on our hands if we had changed it up. These people love their Cafe Rio Salad!
After dinner and some seriously entertaining conversation, we cleared out the tables and did a white elephant gift exchange. There was just the right mix of good, goofy and absurd gifts to make it a memorable evening.
